Pricing for Our 2010 Tour
As of the preparation of our pricing for 2010, we are
using current, August 31, 2009 currency exchange rates
to set our tour price and current, August 31, 2009,
contract rate information from AirFrance. If these rates
change, we reserve the right to increase/decrease the
final payment amounts for each service. In these times
of economic instability, there is a possibility this may
occur.
You begin your trip by sending the “Registration Fee” of
$100 directly to our Administrative Offices at the
address shown below. This is applicable to payment of
your Group Ticket Price of $875, or if we do not obtain
15 passengers for the tour, it will be refunded. If we
do obtain 15 or more passengers, the $775 balance of
your Air Fare will be due on Dec. 15th, 2009. The
group will be limited to 20 passengers. Stand bys will
be taken after 20 seats are sold.
The Ground Tour Price is $2,100; No. 1 payment will be
due on January 16th, 2010, of $1050. And another payment
of $1,050 will be due on February 15th. Until February
15th, 30% of the January payment will be refundable.
After the February 15th date, there will be no refunds.
The Chicago Farmers strongly encourages you to purchase
travel insurance to protect yourself from loss in the
event you must cancel your travel plans. Travel Guard
Insurance of Stephens Point, Wisconsin, is our
recommended company to use if you wish to protect
yourself from loss. Travel Guard Insurance is available
through Hinsdale Travel at competitive rates, and their
“Gold-Protect Assist” program is explained in the
enclosed brochure. (Deadline for signup for this is Dec.
15th, when your Group Air Fare payment is due.)

Our guide, Mary Salaun is waiting for our Chicago Farm
Tour Group in France!
